We are pleased to announce further details about the event. Please take note of the various Zoom meeting room IDs and passcodes.

Please take a moment to read through its content prior to the event.

There will be a total of four Zoom meeting rooms, spread across the morning and afternoon sessions, that each attendee will need to access during the online convention. On the day of the event, you will be able to enter the pre-selected room of your choice, via direct links provided on the page above. In case you are unable to use direct links, room IDs and passcodes are also provided.

<How to initiate your Zoom meeting>

Open the information page on the device you intend to use Zoom on, and click on the banner of the meeting room you have pre-selected to attend. Zoom should initiate automatically and direct you to your selected room.

If you are viewing the page on a different device than the one you are using Zoom on, enter the ID and passcode shown on the banner of the meeting room you want to join.

<A request to all participants>  

• When you begin your Zoom session, please ensure you are displaying your name and your school name (e.g. Hanako Yamada, ABC English School ). For security reasons, participants whose names are not displayed properly may not be allowed into the meeting room. In the event that your name is not displayed correctly, we may ask you via chat to modify your settings whilst in the waiting room prior to gaining access to the meeting room.

• Please note that if more than one person participates on a single device (i.e. sharing computers, tablets, etc.), all participants on that device will have to participate in the same breakout rooms and sessions.

• Please ensure that you have installed the latest version of Zoom.
  The latest versions of the various clients (depending on platform) are available here.

• Please note that we will be recording the event for internal use to improve service for future events. We appreciate your understanding and support.
